The building itself is modern and well-maintained — not fancy, but you can tell they take care of the place. What struck me immediately was how quiet it felt despite being so central. The entrance is straightforward, no fuss, which I actually appreciated after a long drive up the mountain.
Location & Neighborhood
This four-star property is perfectly positioned on Svetogorska street, which means you’re literally steps from everything that matters in Zlatibor. I mean, you can walk to the main promenade in about two minutes, and all the good restaurants and cafes are right there. The ski lifts aren’t far either — well, depending on the season you’re visiting. What I loved most was being able to grab coffee and pastries without having to get in the car every morning.
The Apartment
The apartment itself (it’s number 7 on the second floor) feels much more spacious than you’d expect from the outside. The kitchen is actually functional — not just some tiny corner setup, but a proper space where you can make real meals if you want to. The living area flows nicely, and there’s enough storage that you’re not living out of your suitcase the whole time. The windows face the right direction too, so you get decent natural light throughout the day.
Practical Comforts
You know what really matters when you’re staying somewhere? The little things work properly. The heating system actually keeps the place warm (crucial in Zlatibor winters), the wifi is solid, and the hot water pressure is excellent. There’s parking available, which — trust me — is not something you should take for granted in this area. The room setup allows for privacy if you’re traveling with family or friends, and the whole place feels clean and well-maintained.
